Days 1: Nairobi
Upon arrival at Nairobi International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for overnight stay on bed and breakfast.
Days 2: Nairobi – Samburu National Park
After a hearty breakfast depart to the north crossing the Equator to the semi-desert Northern Frontier where Samburu Springs and Shaba Reserves are located to arrive in time for lunch. Enjoy a thrilling afternoon game drive in the park. Unique to this area are reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx and the Somali ostrich. There are also lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, leopards, other big game and 100 species of birds. Dinner and overnight stay.
Days 3: Samburu – Lake Nakuru National Park
Days 4: Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve
Early morning breakfast and drive to Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch and check in at your room. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other members of the Big five plus other animals. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Maasai Mara
Early morning game drive in the park and return back to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast you go on a full day game drive in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. Dinner and overnight Stay.
Day 6: Masai Mara – Amboseli National Park
After an early morning breakfast drive to Nairobi en-route to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in Nairobi on time for lunch and proceed to the Park. Amboseli National Park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains and the huge herds of elephants which take on a red colour from the dust they coat themselves in. Arriving in time for a short rest and later evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Amboseli National Park
Early morning game drive in the park before returning to your lodge for a sumptuous hot breakfast followed by relaxing with the spectacular views of a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro dominating the landscape. Afternoon game drive in the park going through the huge open plains in search of the huge herds of elephants which take on a red colour from the dust they coat themselves in.
Day 8: Amboseli – Nairobi
Early morning breakfast and a game drive in the park departing leisurely en-route to Nairobi arriving in the early afternoon. Drop off to your hotel for lunch and relaxation. Evening Nairobi City tour, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Airport Transfer
Morning breakfast and the optional Nairobi excursions taking you to the Giraffe Centre, Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen, the Nairobi National Museum and the visit home based groups to experience their handcraft skills. Transfer to the airport in time for the flight to your next destination.
